App Data: All your personal data, including workout history and nutrition logs, is stored locally on your device only. We do not transmit or store this data on our servers. This means we do not have access to your individual workout data, progress, or personal fitness details.
Website Data: Our website at zaydoo.com does not use cookies, trackers, or any other mechanisms to collect personal information from visitors. We do not store any data submitted through our website on our servers.
On-Device Storage: As stated above, all information you input into the App, including your account information (name, email address, if provided within the app itself), profile information (age, height, weight, fitness goals), workout data (exercises completed, sets, reps, weights used), and nutrition information (if you choose to log meals) is stored exclusively on your device.
Data Loss Warning: IMPORTANT: Since all data is stored locally on your device, deleting the App will result in the permanent loss of all your data. We strongly recommend regularly backing up your device to prevent data loss. We are not responsible for any data loss that occurs due to app deletion, device malfunction, or any other reason.
When you subscribe to our App, payments are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store. These platforms are third-party services, and they collect and process your payment information directly. We do not collect or store your payment details (such as credit card numbers). Your payment information is subject to the privacy policies and terms of the respective app store (Google Play's Privacy Policy and Apple's Privacy Policy).
Additionally, platform providers like Google Play automatically collect certain anonymized and aggregated device and usage statistics (e.g., app installs, uninstalls, crashes, device types, operating system versions) to help developers improve their apps. This data is collected and managed by the platform provider, not by our App directly, and is subject to their privacy policies. Since all your personal data is stored locally on your device, we do not access or use your individual workout or health data. The only information we may access via platform providers (as described in Section 4) is aggregated and anonymized, which we use solely for:
- Improving and optimizing the App's performance and stability based on aggregated trends.
Troubleshooting technical issues and crash reports (in an anonymized format provided by the platform).
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any personal information with third parties because we do not collect or store your personal data on our servers. Any aggregated, anonymized device information we may access via platform providers is not shared in a way that could identify individual users.
As your personal data is stored exclusively on your device, the security of this data primarily depends on the security measures you have in place for your device (e.g., strong passwords, device encryption). As we do not collect your personal data on our servers, any requests regarding data stored by Google Play or Apple App Store must be directed to them.
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information.
